DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply a thin, even layer (1 tsp per limb) to exposed skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towelling, or exercising.

CAUTION:
Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. When outdoors, wear protective clothing, sunglasses, and a hat. Store below 30°C. Use as an everyday natural body sunscreen and moisturiser. The shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. For the expiry date, check the crimp of the tube.
