Ingredients:
Each 10mL of this certified organic product contains:

• Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) dry leaf extract 600 microlitres (from 300mg dry leaf)
• Inula helenium (Elecampane) dry root extract 600 microlitres (from 300mg dry root)
• Marrubium vulgare (White horehound) dry herb extract 550 microlitres (from 275mg dry herb)
• Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) dry root extract 550 microlitres (from 110mg dry root)
• Honey 5.6g

In a base of purified water, ethanol, apple juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, orange flavour, lemon oil, and ascorbic acid.

Usage Directions:
Take up to 5 times daily. Can be taken undiluted or diluted in a small amount (30mL) of water or juice.
Adults: 10mL per dose.
