Dose: Mix 1 heaped scoop (approx. 7g) into 200mL of water and consume immediately. Take once daily or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Warning:
- If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking Vitamin A supplements. Excessive intake of Vitamin A (over 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents) can cause birth defects.
